I am a licensed mental health professional with over 14 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra University and began my career providing psychotherapy services throughout New York City.
My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including community mental health, private practice, and specialized work with at-risk youth. I worked at Children's Village, where I provided therapeutic support to youth transitioning back into their communities following incarceration, helping them navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and family challenges.
Following this work, I joined a group private practice, where I continued to support clients facing relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and family conflict. I later worked as a therapist within the school system through Sweeter, providing therapeutic services to elementary, middle, and high school students, as well as their families. In this role, I delivered both school-based and in-home therapy, collaborating closely with families, educators, and support systems to promote emotional well-being, academic success, and healthy family functioning.
Today, I maintain a private practice dedicated to providing a compassionate, collaborative, and personalized approach to therapy. My clinical approach is trauma-informed and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method principles, and Family Systems Therapy. I also utilize strength-based and self-awareness-focused approaches to help clients identify their existing resources, deepen insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Since 2011, I have been committed to helping clients strengthen relationships, develop healthier coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and build resilience. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges, foster personal growth, and move toward greater emotional well-being.
